The Knotts Company’s Value Add Department has years of experience in providing customers with pneumatic assemblies.  Whether a fully assembled pneumatic control box or a sub-assembly used in production, our specialists will work with you to find the best solution to meet your requirements.  Blanket orders are accepted to ensure stock availability when you need it.  Examples include:

• Fully assembled pneumatic control boxes
• Custom compressor assemblies
• Custom manifold assemblies
• Pneumatic or electro-pneumatic valve assemblies
• Air Management Assemblies (Filter/Regulator/Lubricator, lockout systems)
• Pneumatic component kitting services

All can include the fittings and tubing, cut to length, for ease of installation on your shop floor.  For field installable parts, we can also include your instructions for installation.  All assemblies are built and inspected in our Berkeley Heights, NJ facility.
