The Next Generation 3200 Series Belted Conveyors not only includes many of the features from the original line but new designs to enhance its functionality and performance.
The decision to merge the 2 product lines was made to help streamline processes internally, reduce costs to the consumer, as well as simplify the products lines.

- Widths up to 48” (1,219) (Wider widths available, consult factory)
- V-guided belt tracking
- Lengths 30" - 99’ (30,175) depending on drive selection
- Speeds up to 600 Ft/Min (182 m/min)
- One of our heavy duty belt conveyors handling loads up to 1,000 lbs (455 kg)
- 3" (76mm) diameter drive pulley turns approximately 9.7"(246 mm) of belt per revolution

What's the Same?
- The profile height is exactly the same

- Frame width is exactly the same
- The t-slots are in the exact same position
- The drive shaft is the same diameter and in the same position
- All mount packages are identical (different length screw)
- All gearmotors and controls are identical
- Return rollers are the same
- Stand mount heights and bolt location are the same (changed to t-slot)
- New guiding and belt options can be used on the old 3200
- Center drive module is exactly the same
What's Different?
- Drive rollers are new design (bearings press fit on spindle)

- Idler rollers are different width (different service part)
- Drive bearings are different
- Nosebar design is entirely different
- Belting part number are all new (lengths are slightly different)
- The new 32V2 tail can not be bolted to an old frame
- The old 3200 tail can be bolted to the new V2 frame
- New iDrive controller is not backward compatible with old 3200 switches
