UniStream

Powerful UniStream controllers meet the demands of complex, high-end applications. Main features include:

HMI: easily-designed, elegant, multi-language HMI displayed by built-in touch-panels of 5”, 7”, 10.1”, 15.6”, remote panel, or virtual HMI; the CPU efficiently runs both the HMI and the PLC control application

Scalability: supports up to 2,048 I/O local or remote points, including digital, analog, high-speed, pressure, and temperature inputs–plus additional expandability via IO-Link
Advanced features: up to 64 auto-tuned PID loops, recipes, data logging and trends, multi-level password protection and more.

Motion Made Simple

Both Unitronics AC Servo Drives and VFDs are designed for seamless, instant integration into the All-in-One solution and are supplied with free, Ready-Made Motion code—PLCopen-compliant code that gets you moving instantly, no programming required.

Servo Drives and Motors: Precision and Flexibility
EtherCAT and CANopen Unitronics’ servo drives and motors offer single and three-phase grid support, robotic cables available, a wide servo power range – 0.05kW up to 7.5 kW (0.06-10 HP), STO, torque and speed options that meet diverse, multi-axis application requirements.

VFDs: Variable Speed Control for Motors
Unitronics’ VFDs allow precise control of motor speed and torque, and provide built-in STO, EMI Filters, sensorless control (Vector, Torque, volts per Hz), optional closed-loop control and more.
