With increased payload, enhanced speed and reach capabilities, the safety of the operator is always our number one priority. With the goal of building a collaborative robot, our engineers devoted hours into the development of our safety functions.

The result of their effort was the creation of benchmarks for safety when working with collaborative, industrial robots today.

The UR Series are certified EN ISO 13849-1, Cat. 3 PLd and ISO 10218-1 by TÜV Nord.

These robots are UL1740 certified meeting the guidelines set forth by the American National Standards Institute.

UR Series robots meet the IP65 standard set forth by the International Electrical Commission as defined in IEC 60529 or the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization EN 60529.
