What parts can a FlexiBowl feed?

FlexiBowl® feeds parts from 1 to 250 mm and 1 to 300 g regardless of geometry, surface or material, with up to 7 kg of parts on the disc. Typical feed rates are 20 to 50 parts per minute, depending on the part, robot, vision system and picking method.

How does a FlexiBowl connect to a robot?

FlexiBowl® connects to any robot through Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet/IP) or digital I/O, and with TCP/IP the robot controller can set motion parameters for each part type. Plug-ins are available for robots including ABB, Denso, Doosan, Epson, Fanuc, Kawasaki, Kuka, Universal Robots and Yaskawa, and for Allen-Bradley, Omron and Siemens PLCs.
