The New Factory Machine: Adding AI to the Business You Already Built
AJ Gyomber, Founder/CEO, Technology Visionaries
A hundred years ago, the competitive edge was the press on the floor. Then it was the computer on the desk.
Every business in this room has already made that bet. AI is simply the next machine, and it runs on the foundation you've already built.
In this plain-English session, AJ Gyomber, Founder and CEO of Technology Visionaries and FourSight Interactive, shows what AI is actually good at today (the paperwork, the questions about your own data, the repetitive glue between systems), where the real risks are hiding (hint: Your team is already using it), and how to put your first AI "machine" to work in 30 days without a big budget or a big learning curve.
No hype, no geek speak. Just practical ways to get more out of what you already own.

From Pain Point to Payback: How to Find—and Automate—the Right Manufacturing Tasks
Aaron Westelman, Regional Sales Manager, East Coast
Not every manufacturing task should be automated—but the right one can deliver significant gains in productivity, safety, and ROI.
This session will show manufacturers how to identify the repetitive, labor-intensive, and ergonomically challenging tasks that offer the greatest potential for automation and turn those pain points into measurable payback. Using real-world applications, Robotiq will highlight how accessible automation solutions—from collaborative palletizing systems that address demanding end-of-line operations to case- specific Physical AI applications that enable robots to better adapt to real-world manufacturing variability—are expanding what manufacturers can automate.
Attendees will learn how to evaluate applications, prioritize opportunities, build the business case, and take a practical path from pain point → automation opportunity → implementation → payback.
