To our Customers & Business Partners,

We are continuously monitoring the situation involving COVID-19 and working diligently to make sure we have the ability to support your business while maintaining the health and wellness of our employees. We have plans in place to mitigate the risk and make sure as a business partner we continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect from us. 

The Knotts Team is available and we have multiple tools to maintain a high level of support.

● We are able to visit customer sites, following all the CDC guidelines as well as the customer's specific safety protocols. 

● All teams have access to phone, email, Google Meet, and Zoom.

● The Sales and Technical Support Teams have the ability to provide remote demonstrations and support if needed through virtual meetings.


● The office is currently open with Customer Service and Technical Support available.

We plan on making every effort to continue providing products and services to the NJ & NY business community. Updates or changes will be shared on our website, social channels and through the sales team.
