The Position
Feedback Cylinder (PFLF) is the combination of the standard heavy
duty TA Series cylinder construction with a low cost, linear resistive
transducer.

Motion Control System |
|
This complete
system is an electronic controller with pneumatic valves that can
accurately position the cylinder piston rod, and hold it in position
with a high degree of accuracy and force.

Supercoil
Polyurethane:
Ideal
for applications where kink and abrasion resistance are important
considerations. Supercoil's extreme flexibility and light weight
combine to minimize user fatigue, while its toughness and long lasting
durability allow it to withstand rough handling.

Oil-Fog Lubricators
VS Micro-Fog Lubricators
An Oil-Fog
Lubricator is designed so that all droplets of oil seen in the
sight feed dome go directly into the air flow stream. These are
relatively large oil droplets and are generally suitable for heavy
lubrication applications such as air motors or air tools. Over time,
however, oil builds up in the lines, and air exhaust becomes messy.
Micro-Fog
Lubricators, on the other hand, atomize the oil droplets seen
in the sight feed dome. The atomized oil is then suspended above
the oil in the lubricator bowl, and is drawn from the reservoir
through an orifice. As a result, only about 10% of the oil seen
in the sight dome passes downstream. Because the oil is atomized,
it can travel long distances. For this reason, micro fog lubricators
are best suited for most compressed air circuits using multiple
valves and cylinders.
