Position Feedback Cylinder

The Position Feedback Cylinder (PFLF) is the combination of the standard heavy duty TA Series cylinder construction with a low cost, linear resistive transducer.

Pneumatic Motion Control System

This complete system is an electronic controller with pneumatic valves that can accurately position the cylinder piston rod, and hold it in position with a high degree of accuracy and force.

Superbraid

Braided Polyurethane Coils with Strain Relief Guards: State-of-the-art Strain Relief prolongs hose life by protecting it at its weakest point. Contemporary design enhances the appearance of the entire hose assembly.

Supercoil Polyurethane

Supercoil Polyurethane: Ideal for applications where kink and abrasion resistance are important considerations. Supercoil's extreme flexibility and light weight combine to minimize user fatigue, while its toughness and long lasting durability allow it to withstand rough handling.

Ny-Chem

Ny-Chem is a flexible, high grade Kynar PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) Tubing that is one of the purest of all commercial resins.

ZEN Nano Controller

A compact solution for small-scale control applications that blends simple, flexible programming and reliable relay performance.

F3C-AL Laser Sensor

A cost-effective laser sensing solution, the Omron F3C-AL’s minute object detection capability allows it to detect a 1mm target from a distance of 700mm.

Reduce Manual Assembly Errors with F3W-D Laser Sensors

Omron's F3W-D sensors can be used to increase accuracy of manually assembled piece for consistently high levels of productivity.

Technical Tip

Oil-Fog Lubricators VS Micro-Fog Lubricators

An Oil-Fog Lubricator is designed so that all droplets of oil seen in the sight feed dome go directly into the air flow stream. These are relatively large oil droplets and are generally suitable for heavy lubrication applications such as air motors or air tools. Over time, however, oil builds up in the lines, and air exhaust becomes messy.

Micro-Fog Lubricators, on the other hand, atomize the oil droplets seen in the sight feed dome. The atomized oil is then suspended above the oil in the lubricator bowl, and is drawn from the reservoir through an orifice. As a result, only about 10% of the oil seen in the sight dome passes downstream. Because the oil is atomized, it can travel long distances. For this reason, micro fog lubricators are best suited for most compressed air circuits using multiple valves and cylinders.
